Lena Jolly is a certified instructor of Kundalini Yoga. Lena specializes in group instruction, personalized classes, gong meditation, breath work , intuitive energy work, and self healing. Classes are done in a gentle manner with concentration on breathing and motion, and can be done either on a mat or in a chair.

Daniele Nance is a certified Medical Qigong Practitioner & Instructor with the International College of Medical Qigong. Her Qigong classes are a wonderful gateway to self-healing via gentle moving meditation, visualization, breathwork and energy balancing.
Larisa Byely M.A., RYT, CPT is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor whose teaching focuses on structural alignment, proper breathing, and joy of movement. She encourages each student to explore & honor your body’s unique wisdom & voice. Larisa has years of experience working with those who have challenges/gifts such as Parkinson’s, neurological issues, osteoporosis, back pain, etc. and offers individually tailored private adaptive yoga sessions. She is certified in adaptive yoga and continually studies with master level teachers.
