AUTHENTIC VOICEWORK 6-WEEK SERIES (Saturdays only)

This Series is a 6-week process of discovery of the voice through releasing of bodymind tension, and playful exercises that reveal the true poetic beauty of our authentic selves. A great series for those looking to overcome hurdles around the voice and singing, and on “being heard”. Some participants have had an experience that may have caused them to shut their voice down. This is an opportunity to console that part of you, and allow the joy of singing again.

For beginners: This process is about opening this new portal and learning how to surrender into it, body-mind-spirit and covers age-old archetypal themes such as “being heard”.

For experienced singers: This process might be about learning to sing in a new way that explores deeper territory that is unique to your authentic self; and can also greatly improve your singing technique, and how you go about singing from your core.

As it is a 6-week series, please prepare to commit every Saturday mid-afternoon in order to build upon your progress week after week. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and a journal to mark your progress. Intend for a peaceful surrender, and dive in!

Cost is $120 before July 5th and $150 after that. You can attend first class to determine if you want to commit to the full series. There will be a makeup class at the end for those who missed one class due to vacations or other circumstances. Cash or checks are preferred for payment.

Body Rolling with Mandy Main

Are you interested in creating lasting, positive change in your body? Would you like to practice with a small group that would ensure plenty of individual attention? Take advantage of this exclusive opportunity to participate in a series of 4 weekly classes at Radiant Soul Yoga & Wellness.

These classes are designed to open up restricted areas of the body, elongate muscles, increase mobility, alleviate pain, and support functional movement. The number of participants is limited to be able to spend time focusing on each person individually.

Each session will include the whole body but will also have a focus on a specific area (hips, back, shoulders and neck). The sessions will include breath awareness and meditation to allow a deeper integration for profound body reshaping. By the end of the 4 weeks, you can expect to feel taller, leaner and freer in your movement. As if that’s not enough, you will also feel more body awareness and a deeper sense of peace.

There are no prerequisites to join and no experience is necessary. The only requirement is that you need to be able to get down to the floor.
